Ordering
I'm new, how do I order?
All the items you can see on our website are available to buy on-line. Use the categories or brands to find what you want and just double click on the item and then select your size, then click on the 'add to basket' link. From here you can ‘continue shopping’ to order lots more stuff or ‘proceed to the checkout’.
What size should I buy?

How can I pay?
To pay for your order we accept:

How do I track my order?
You will get a link sent to your email with your order confirmation that will allow you to track your order with use of your order number.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form.
How do I cancel my online order?
Simply email “2808882595@qq.com” with your Order number and request that it be cancelled before the goods are shipped. Please place “Order Cancellation” in the Subject line of the email. But once the goods are shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.Then you can contact our customer service to return the goods after receiving the goods.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
What is your shipping policy?
We will usually ship your package within 1-3 business days. If there is a holiday, it may be delayed.
After sending, we will send you an email so you can get the tracking number.

Note: Due to the impact of COVID-19, the delivery time may be delayed. We will work hard to ensure that your package reaches you ASAP, but at the same time, we will also protect the safety of our employees and service providers.
How long can I get my goods?
Standard shipping will take 15-30 business days.
There may be occasions where a courier will request ID in order to release a parcel depending on it's value. Failure to provide this when required will result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case we would be unable to refund the original shipping cost.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery.
To request for a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
