All in-stock orders will leave our warehouse within 1 - 3 business day of the order being placed.
Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Time on Fridays, or anytime over the weekend, will ship the next business day.
A signature is required for all orders over $300.
All orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France and Italy are shipped from our warehouse in China. Orders to Canada and Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as Australian GST) and customs fees assessed upon delivery; these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping. For orders to the European Union (Germany, France, Italy), VAT is included in the price and prepaid at checkout via the IOSS scheme, so no additional VAT is charged on delivery for orders up to €150; orders above €150 may be subject to import VAT and duties assessed by customs.
