30-Day Return Policy

Zhilifs.com strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience.We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.

We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.If you are not satisfied with your products order from us, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.

 

1. Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Items purchased on our website can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will process your request ASAP. Any products must be intact and in their original packaging. If your item was not purchased via our website, you should contact the seller directly for returns. Return shipping fees and the shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded for non-defective products.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. *The return shipping cost of the product needs to be paid by the consumer.

If a customer has received the order in the mail and would like to request a return for a refund, customer should inform this request of return to Zhilifs.com within one week after the arrival of the package according to its corresponding tracking number or the delivery confirmation number, regardless of any situation. Customers have one week to return the item after the date when the return request has been approved by Zhilifs.com.

*NOTE: Zhilifs.com will NOT accept any returns that are not approved or if the customer does not return the item on time.

The following rules apply:

-Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
-Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
-Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
-All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by contacting us.
-There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies
-Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
-If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

 

2. How do you process my return if I paid with PayPal (U.S.)?

If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPal, your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account.

 

3. How to Return an Item?

Email us! zhilifs@gmail.com, You will be given a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) along with options for returning the item(s). Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed within (1) business day of receiving any returned or defective items.

 

4. How Long Will The Refund Process Take?

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to process. Once approved, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.
